As of August 2024 we have made important changes to the application format to simplify managing your member profile. You now have the ability to add your member details to your account profile. These details can be updated at any time by  visiting the "My Profile" tab above. These profile details are also used to populate the educatedchoices.ca website.

Please Note: Your member profile will be reviewed as part of your annual renewal applications. Please ensure your profile is up to date an accurate prior to submitting the renewal application below.
