Mental Health (MH) is about balancing the different aspects of our lives, and coping well with stressors such as conflict, difficult emotions, and loss. The goal of ECLS is to focus on building capacity in schools to promote positive mental health and prevent the development of mental illness. Mental Health Therapists work with schools to address student needs and may link to community supports.
