The Educational Assistants Symposium will be a full day of learning for EAs in Edmonton and the surrounding areas. AISCA looks forward to welcoming EAs from our schools that support children and students across their learning journeys. The day will start with a mental health presentation focusing on supporting those that provide support and care to our struggling and vulnerable learners. The day will also provide breakout sessions so EAs can choose professional learning that best suits their context.

Recognizing the vital role that Educational Assistants play across our learning communities, these regional events have been developed in partnership with the Alberta Provincial Learning Consortium (APLC) to provide targeted, practical professional development.

Whether your school is based in the north or south, these sessions offer an excellent opportunity for your EA staff to connect, collaborate, and enhance their practice.
