Full-Time Junior Kindergarten Teacher
Location: Thriving South End of Red Deer
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Start Date: End of August 2025
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior Kindergarten Teacher to join our exceptional teaching team as we expand for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a classroom of 18 bright, curious children, supported by a full-time educational assistant in a positive and resource-rich environment.
What You’ll Do:
Plan, implement, and lead a developmentally appropriate and engaging curriculum for 4 year old children.
Foster a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports early learning, social development, and a love of discovery.
Collaborate with your educational assistant and the broader teaching team to ensure each child receives personalized attention and support.
Communicate regularly and effectively with families about children’s progress and classroom experiences.
Contribute to the wider school community as we grow together in an environment rooted in respect, creativity, and care.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Bachelor of Education
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a passion for early childhood education
