What Parents Pay
AISCA recently surveyed 80 independent schools on the range of tuition
fees charged in those schools. Changes are compared to the numbers
reported in the Private School Task Force survey of 1998. This comparison
confirms that independent school choice is becoming less affordable
for many parents. Increased funding to independent schools will support
parents in their right to choose their children's education and make
such choices more affordable to more parents. |
